We're continuing the brilliant work started by Jon and Jenny, and bringing their vision forward with natural, simple ingredients and thoughtful design. Our ethos remains the same: gentle, sustainable, and full of lavender.
About Rick Freeman
Hi, I'm Rick Freeman — the new owner of Mendip Lavender. I've had the pleasure of working closely with Jon and Jenny in the past and I'm proud to continue what they began, growing and creating with care and connection to place.
Over the past three years I've worked at Trenow Fields, an organic regenerative herb farm in Cornwall, where I've focused on land management and distillation operations. Before that, I founded Lovely Developments and was the founder of Lovely Drinks. I also had the good fortune to be part of the early team at Pukka Herbs.
My roots are in horticulture — something I studied when I left school — and I've always believed in the value of working with plants to support wellbeing, flavour and beauty. Mendip Lavender is a continuation of that path.
